June 26th, 2020

We are currently allowing patients to enter the pharmacy! In accordance with NC Executive Order #147 (effective June 26th), wearing a face mask upon entry is now required.

FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE: Drive up and park outside of our pharmacy entrance. To request curbside service, you may either: TEXT your name and vehicle description to (336) 439-8662, OR CALL into the pharmacy at (336) 476-5632.

Guy’s Family Pharmacy is still open and operating with our normal business hours!

To protect all of our patients, our staff, and our community at large from the spread of COVID-19, over the last month we made the difficult decision to close off our pharmacy interior to most of our patients. During that time, to accommodate our patients and flatten-the-curve, we shifted to a curbside service model. Now, following the guidelines of Phase 1 of North Carolina’s re-opening plan, we have re-opened the doors of our pharmacy to the community.

However, we understand that many of our patients are still at-risk or concerned about physically returning into the pharmacy. Therefore, our pharmacy will still continue to offer CURBSIDE service to our patients throughout this time! You may request your prescriptions or any over-the-counter products you would like, and our attendants will do their best to help meet your needs! We are still accepting card and cash payment methods, and patients may also continue to request home-deliveries of their prescriptions throughout this time. If you have any further questions, patients are always encouraged to contact our pharmacy staff during our normal business hours at (336) 476-5632.

We encourage all of our patients to continue practicing social-distancing and frequent hand-washing throughout this time, so that we may all protect the most vulnerable members of our community from this respiratory virus.

For patients with any further questions about COVID-19, Guy’s Family Pharmacy highly recommends following updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the North Carolina government website (NC.gov), and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS).

Guy’s Family Pharmacy would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in regards to these operating changes, and we appreciate you for doing your part in making this community a safer place for all of us.

-Sincerely, Your neighborhood friends at Guy’s Family Pharmacy
